Hello everyone!
It is great to see the days getting longer and the first glimpses of spring renewal after the long and very cold winter.
During these quiet months we have been waiting patiently for the outcome of our planning permission and charity status applications, preparing policies and procedures, doing plenty of research and reading, planning a series of films to engage with others interested in educational alternatives, and getting ready to take enrollments.

Our Film Screenings continue in March with
Class Dismissed on Saturday, March 31st at 11:00am followed by Q & A.
This documentary film follows the experience of one family as they explore different ways of “doing school”.
We will host a series of Film Screenings at The Model over the next 3 months followed by Q & A sessions.
Our first film, Schools of Trust, will be shown on Saturday, 24th February at 11:00am

We are hosting a Public Information evening in The Model, Sligo at 7pm on Thursday, 30th November. Please come along to find out more and register your interest in our school.
We will host a series of Film Screenings followed by Q&A at The Model in Sligo next spring.
Films and information will be on the subject of democratic and alternative ways to educate.
Screenings will take place once monthly through March, April & May on a Saturday morning.
