Madlab at The Model

The Madlab workshop was really fun. First we had to put all the wires into the right places and then we had to solder them and trim off the ends. The soldering bit was the best part. It was a bit risky because the soldering iron was very hot but is was a lot of fun and so satisfying to make something that really […]

Science Week Activities

On Sunday we participated in the Science Fair at IT Sligo, demonstrating some of the experiments we’ve been doing lately in science group. Our first school tour

We had a fantastic day out for our first school tour last week. After an invigorating start and lots of fun at the Harbour Splash Aqua Park in Dun Laoghaire we headed over to the Phoenix Park to visit Bloom and meet up with staff and students from our sister school, Wicklow Sudbury School. A beautiful day and a lovely end to the year.

On the 15 may 2019, we went to UCD for the conference and presentation of the awards. We (myself and my friend) were not among the prize winners but it was […]

Easter Tree

Making our Easter Tree was fun.

We blew the yolks out of the eggs first. Then we painted them. Then we hung them up on the tree.

They look just like eggs hanging from a tree.
