  • STEAM spaces for science, technology, art, engineering, mechanics, metalwork, woodwork and mathematics
  • Auditorium and black box for performing arts and dedicated music and recording studio

The Build Story so far…

Phase One - LAND ACQUISITION

2021/2022 – Completed

  • Raised 165k in gifts and donations
  • Secured 175k in low interest short-term loan
  • Purchased 3 acre field to the rear of school
  • Purchased 2 acre site and cottage adjacent to school
  • Secured change of use planning permission for newly acquired lands and building
  • Formed strategic partnerships with: Verus Metrology, DMac Media and the Nagle Family Foundation.

Phase Two - THE BUILD TIMELINE

2022/2023 – On Target

  • June 2023- Planning Submission completed
  • September – Planning Decision – Commencement of Detail Design
  • December- Tender Issue
  • February/ March 2024 – Construction Start
  • September/ October 2024 – Building Handover

All of our work so far has been financed through donations, pledges, grants and services from individuals and families that have a direct connection to our community. We have raised 165k in gifts and donations and secured 175k in a low interest short-term loan.
